And yeah thanks it took me awhile to get the hip mobility to squat that low.
And the minimus are awesome shoes!
I'll occasionally rock a beater while squatting
Solid squat, good depth for sure
Limitations are for people that have them, and excuses are for people that need them.
I always beat it.
And good depth on the squat... That's lower than I go, I'm working on going lower.

Doing those hop mobility drills before squats/deadlifts definitely helped my squat depth.
I haven't posted in here in quite awhile. But I think this is a PR...
