    Thanks. My weight vest was probably my best fitness purchase ever. I've always been pretty good at pushups/Pullups/dips but once I started training with the vest my numbers skyrocketed.

    i weigh 140 pounds. that's 2.5 times my body wight. it's been my goal for some time now, but tonight was the first good deadlift workout i've had in a while.

    If you are trying to get a powerlifting style arch, you need to pull yourself up a bit so you can get more "tight"
