    I wouldnt make it a habit wearing beaters while squatting

    Good squat, you did come up slightly forward, but good depth.

    agreed with BK solid squat, always good to see people actually hitting proper depth it's so rare - your knees will thank you

    I have those same shoes love them for squats/deads

    And yeah thanks it took me awhile to get the hip mobility to squat that low.

    And the minimus are awesome shoes!

    And good depth on the squat... That's lower than I go, I'm working on going lower.

    Doing those hop mobility drills before squats/deadlifts definitely helped my squat depth.

    Its much better having a shirt around your traps so that the bar isnt sitting on your sweaty skin.
