    That's pretty impressive!

I hit 220 by 4 on behind the neck presses today. Not a PR, but it's been a while since i got up there on those weight numbers.

How's ur back holding up? Usually I back starts to tweak a bit when going past a 45 on each side. Most likely because of the way I stand, I do not stand one foot out in front of the other like most people. I stand with my feet parallel

One foot out? I've never seen that. Are you referring to a jerk?

I stand with my feet around shoulder width apart. Back feels fine, little sore but not a problem. Using Partial valsava and keeping tout strong legs and core will help out.

No I see many guys standing in a position where one foot is in front while the other is in back, it's kind of in a diagonal position.

I personally doit the same way you do, it's the best way to do it. But I do tend to get a sore back occasionally from it. here's really no preventing that.

Do you do it as your first exercise? Try pushing out your abs, increases intra-abdominal pressure to take some stress off teh lower back.

Probably could have gotten 15 but I was only focused on 13 so at that point I mentally checked out.
