Those are good tiers with McCutchen on the verge of moving to tier 2 with Granderson. And Bourn and Jay are better than Fowler.

Fowler's a beast and just as much a breakout as Adam Jones is.
Kemp is the guy right now.
Bourn lol...Nice player but please. His career OPS is over .100 points lower than the OPS he's posting this year. Sure he might be breaking out at 29, but I'll believe it when he does it twice.
BJ Upton gets no love because it's hard to appreciate a player like him (doesn't hit for high average, non-elite power, strikeouts), plus he sucks this year. Expect a bounce back when he leaves the Trop.

The obvious answer is Mike Trout. He may be one of the best players in baseball right now, if not the best.

i would take a healthy jacoby ellsbury any day of the week but taking his injuries into account, i'll take mccutchen today. in a few years, maybe next year, it will obviously be trout and harper on top of the list
