Jays fan here,

Having saw Yu on Monday, i have to say he was quite impressive. He had so much break on his pitches. I think all his K's were from Jays swinging outside the zone.

I haven't seen much of Matt Moore, so this might be a bit unfair, but i chose Yu Darvish.

Tough call after 4/5 starts.

For me, Darvish is the better pitcher right now and I'd take him long term just with the track record in Japan, how good he looked in the WBC and what he's shown at the big league level. I prefer his repertoire and he's already a lot more polished, as he should be being 25.

People were getting ahead of themselves coming into the season comparing the Rays rotation to the Phillies and Angels, many considering Moore to be an ace. He has excellent potential, but until the guy actually throws 200 innings to big league hitters there's more we don't know than do.

I know I'm not great at reading and comprehension, but I think Darvish and Moore were the only options in the poll........

They are both pitching to good. Its very obvious that both are on Roids. all though we don't know the true story I say so so everyone else will spread it now.

Agreed. They both have very good stuff, so the lefty has the edge to make a bigger difference.

haven't seen Moore pitch yet this year and he is struggling..

Darvish was ridiculous against the Jays.. got strike 1 on the hitter every single AB and the hitters were lost after that with all the different pitches he has (all of them quality)

Moore has better raw stuff, Yu is more polished and has better baseball brains. I think Darvish would have a longer career(health helping of course) but that doesn't mean he is better. We had this debate with Liriano and Wainwright back in 2006.
