The end of that game was like this:

<Bryz> I have humungous big five hole for sykora. It's like universe big.

<Marty B> Oh yeah? I'll see that and raise you a kicked in OT goal, followed by a 5 hole of my own!

Whatever happens, I'll be pulling for whoever comes out of this series in the ECF. I hate both the Caps and the Rangers more then the Devils. I actually went to a Caps/Devs game down here in DC once, wearing my Flyers gear and cheering for the Devils. That got me a /lot/ of dirty looks from caps fans.

Besides, you have a fellow Seahawks fan posting here.

We're passionate. If they aren't playing as well as we think they can, we let them know. No free passes. If they bring us a cup, they will be immortal royalty though. Look how the guys from 74 and 75 are treated...they are still gods in Philly.

I get ashamed of treating other fans bad and douchy behavior, but not ever for booing bad play.

that is a fair point. booing isn't classless, but attacks on other fans obviously is.

i guess as a padre and charger fan, i don't expect them to be capable of more, and when they overachieve, i'm pleasantly surprised. so i don't boo...i'm either slightly impressed (rare) or wallowing in my franchises' misery (the other 99.999999% of the time).

Good win guys. I didn't get to see the game due to company over but considering the score...it's a good thing.

Hell of a game by the entire team. Marty played great considering he had to keep his focus for such long stretches without any shots.

Back to Jersey now, here's hoping the boys take care of business in front of the fans.

I have a question for all you guys.

The news announcers, NHL network, NHL analysis, and most forum posters think the Devils don't have a shot a winning the cup let alone this series. They say are team just isn't deep enough (true) just isn't good enough to compete at this high of a level.

What's your guys take on this?

Idk about you guys but from what I have seen this year the devil are a good team and can win the cup if Marty play well
