    Today I also had 4 scrambled eggs, a few glasses of chocolate milk, 2 scoops of whole gains protein, half a chicken breast on half of a tortilla with cheddar, 3 fried perogies, and a cinnamon raisin bagel.

    I love perogies. I saw some new whole grain sweet potato perogies at the store last week, I might have to try them this week.
