just had half of a big baked chicken breast and probably 3 cups of cold steamed (made them last night) of brussel sprouts that have a bit of butter on them and some mrs dash. Pretty damn good

2 scoops vanilla trutein + 1 cup red berries special K + 1 packet SF/FF vanilla pudding mix + 2TBS Peanut Butter + water + ice + freezer = bomb sludge.
Roughly 650 cals: 60g protein/18g fat/68g carbs

for lunch i had chipotle, bowl - double chicken, double steak, brown rice, sour cream, corn salsa and smoked chipotle tobasco sauce so good

i'm always in a hurry in the AM. But I found this easy way to make omelets. You put 2 eggs and whatever i'm using turkey bacon and cheese and green peppers in a freezer bag and boil it for 13 minutes.
Doing this in the AM. Pretty excited to try it.

anyone have any ideas on a 9 am pre work out meal. something for clean low cal energy? I have been staying away from pre workout stuff because i was getting jitttery. also want to keep it light cuz i dont have a huge appetitie in the morning. maybe like a banana or toast with nutella or something?

Footlong Double Meat (gigity) sweet onion chicken teriyaki
Then for the bad part:
Munched on some french fries I bought for the kids
then had not one, but two chocolate chip cookie w/vanilla sandwiches
Now, a cup of coffee
So far today:

Lean Ground Beef w/pasta
Breakfast: 3 eggs, half of english muffin w PB, strawberries
Snack: banana, quest bar
Lunch: tuna, broccoli & celery, cottage cheese, SF jello, apple
Post workout: 1 scoop Strawberry Protean, 10oz of water
Dinner: perch, some pasta, creamed spinach & asparagus
