I had almonds and way too many pistachios as well as a small pack of fruit snacks. I've got the munchies all the damn time because I'm high and I need to find something satisfying.
I also had a fruit smoothie with apples, bananas, mangoes, and a little honey.

The thing is, I'm not the only one who drinks the smoothies when I make them and the whey I use doesn't taste very good in a fruit smoothie. Taste isn't my first priority but it is for some of the people in my house lol
Plus, I've been out of protein forever. My brother's been saying he'll pick some up but the last couple of weeks, I stop by a gas station and pick up some muscle milk or go to Kroger and get a 4-pack of Myoplex. i'd get the protein myself but my brother insists that he can get it cheap. GNC gives a first week of the month discount but he missed that so IDK wtf he's doing anymore.
Half of a shami bun kebab with onions and ketchup.
I've been drinking close to 1.5 gallons of water a day too.
breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast
lunch was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and an apple.
