I just had one of those 5 oz bacon wrapped filet mignon. 250 calories.
Put that on the grill with asparagus (EVO with mrs dash on it).
Also cut up zuchini and soaked them in hot sauce for an hour. Grilled those too. Damn good
Had some cut up strawberries for dessert.
Granola bar for breakfast and a 250 calorie 22 gram of protein beef jerky for lunch
