    Fresh squeezed juice for breakfast. Celery, spinach, asparagus, carrots, apple, grapes, grapefruit, strawberries.

    Pre-workout protein for lunch.

    4 egg whites 2 whole eggs and oatmeal for breakfast

    protein shake about 1030

    now 2 tilapia fillets & broc!

    Omelet filled with chicken sausage, a little cheese, black beans, salsa, and roasted garlic. Whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread on the side.

    Just had a McDonald's fruit and yogurt parfait! Wasn't super hungry but one of my roommates has been really sick and not able to eat much lately. So when she was hungry and wanted someone to go with I couldn't really say no.
