    Beef is king, but pork is a close second for its versatility.

    Bacon, ham, tenderloin, baby back ribs, pulled pork, pork rinds.....all incredible.

    LOVE carnitas. Just seasoned the pork, throwing it on the grill shortly, finishing it off with a balsamic glaze.

    I'm going to make Buffalo Chicken Quinoa soon.


    For those of you who don't know what Quinoa is, it's a grain like seed that you cook like rice or couscous, it's really healthy for you, it's high protein, and is a great source if you need carbs. It'll take on any flavor too, so you can make so many different kinds of dishes with it.
