The only way we have a chance in this series is if the Blues break out of this funk, and I'm not sure I see it happening. We'll have to wait and see.

The Kings are just the more complete team. Hitchcocks offensive gameplan is just too predictable as well. When your offense is predictable and you're going up against a quality defensive team with arguably the best goal tender in the NHL, you aren't going to accomplish much. And Brian Elliott has allowed some soft, Roman Turek like goals this series.

Haven't posted here for awhile. Been too busy with work and that's usually when I get my message boarding in.

Kings have just dominated the Blues in every facet of the game. Like Panger said on Twitter last night, they're out-Bluesing the Blues. They're winning puck battles, they're swarming the puck, they're skating harder, they're not taking dumb penalties.

And Jonathan Quick might as well just be sitting in a lawn chair sippin' a margarita because he's pretty much had no work this series.

I really thought this Blues team would go far. It's a shame. I still have a sliver of hope they'll do the improbable, but I'm more or less accepting of the fact that Sunday is the last Blues game we'll see until the fall.

I don't mean to be insulting in anyway, but as a Kings fan I'm kind of shocked that we're up 3-0.

I expect the Blues to come back hard in Game 4.

It's time to pull the plug on Elliott. He has sucked it up in this series and in the 1st period of this game. Get Allen in there.

I think if you would have told any of us before the season that the Blues would win the Central, contend for the President's trophy, make it to the 2nd round, and watch them set the franchise record for home wins, we'd all take that.

Time to build on that and move on to next year. Sad that they couldn't have at least made it a series.

The only thing I'm angry about is that the Blues we saw all season really didn't show up until the 2nd period of Game 4 when they were already down 3-0 in the series.
