skip subway and the other fast food. you don't need a fat burner, just a better diet. honestly a fat burner will do nothing unless your diet is good. sorry, but it's true.
try eating a lot of natural fats (meat, peanut butter, etc), a lot of protein, and little/no carbs.
steak, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, chicken, turkey and fish are all great for weight loss.
