    Oxyelitepro???

Hey guys i wanted to see if anyone has experience with this? I have heard great things from friends and mostly good things from the internet. Does anyone have any knowledge on this and it is true it will show up as meth on a drug screen because the person at vitamin world said yes and Gnc said no? Any help would be great.

Lots of people here take it, and speak highly of it.

I don't but I'm sure someone will stop in to check your thread.

I've heard great things here, but the people at GNC told me that it has been alleged to be responsible for a couple of deaths and is probably going to be taken off the market.

That is what was recommended to me as the best fat burner on the market, but I don't know if anyone here has used it.

don't listen to people at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. neither one is trustworthy. i've never taken Oxy but a lot of people here really like it.

and just wonder, what does your diet look like now, and how tall are you and your weight?

6 foot tall 220 pounds and im pretty active. I play deck hockey 4 or 5 times a week for 2-4 hours each time and will run or lift a few times a week when i can. I have recently started eating more fruits instead of snacks and trying to change my diet but i have always had a rough time losing weight at all. I just don't know what else to try and have heard great things about this from friends that took it.

Depends on what type of drug test you're taking. It contains 1,3 DMAA which is banned in the NCAA and armed forces.

I'm on it right now. I started a week ago. I've lost 10 lbs with a decent diet and light exercise. Usually with the decent diet and light exercise, I'd only lose like 4-6 lbs. So it helps a lot. The biggest thing is that it's a very good hunger suppresant. That's most likely where the weight loss is coming from, rather than "fat burning."

I think Dexaprine is better than OEP, personally (And there are plenty of other products and stacks more effective than both, but they're typically more expensive). Everyone reacts to products differently though I suppose.

I wouldn't recommend fat burners until you're at the end of a cut and your weight loss stalls.

Your weight is entirely dependent on how many calories you consume. OEP will help with your appetite because of the stimulants it contains, but if you dont change your diet and consume less, you wont see a difference in your weight. The only weight you will lose is water weight, and that will come back at the end of your cycle.

Yeah me too man. That's why I love it.

Yes it does. But I bought these wipes called SweatBlock that don't let me sweat wherever I don't want to sweat. I hate sweating on my face/neck/pits, so that's where I use them. I don't mind sweating anywhere else. It isn't like you're pouring or anything. You just feel a little more hot than usual. It's a thermogenic. It's supposed to make you feel hot/sweat.

Having a big appetite is not necessarily the problem, it's what you are putting in your mouth that is the problem (no homo). You need to adjust your diet. If you need some tips on a better dieting plan, let us know. I would ask that you post a sample of your daily/weekly meals so we can tweak it.

In regard to OEP, I'm on my first cycle of it and i think it's a great product! half way through my work day when "afternoon burnout" kicks in, I pop two pills and within a half hour, I feel rejuvenated.

Well I eat mostly subway and other fastfood I'm taking 21 credits in school and work 20 Plus hours a week so I don't eat healthy meals but I eat fruit when I'm home as snacks mostly apples. I don't know much about what to eat and stuff but I am really busy right now. In two weeks school is done so I will have more time to cook and monitor my diet.
Any help on what to make and how would be great. And should I do the diet with OEP or just diet first.
