    Rangers Cards rematch?

Would you like to see a 2011 WS rematch?

If so, which team would you put money on? Rangers? Cardinals?

And also, who has the better offense? Pitching? Starters to Closers?

Cards have the offense in a DH neutral environment, and possibly better in a DH environment

I think pitching is probably neutral as for as starter, and bullpens are probably fairly close too.

Defense I would probably give the edge to the Rangers.

Both teams are pretty comparable this year. If Feliz can be an ace, the Rangers might be better, but if Carpenter comes back, then maybe not. Close teams.

I would not like to see a rematch. I would like to see the Yankees in the WS and not the Rangers. I don't cheer for other AL teams to get to the WS. That would mean the Yankees would not make it

The yankees are too old. I think the yankee dominance is finally coming to an end. Theres a new sheriff in town and the Texas Rangers are in new season stride and are showing no signs of letting up.

Jeff, once again i agree completely. Two very close teams which is why i decided to make this thread. Your Cards are very threatening and im sure my Rangers are as well.

I cant wait to see how it all unfolds.

The Yankees could be a bunch of 90 year old grandpa's and it wouldn't change my opinion. Rematch from last season is not something I want to see and the only ones who would really want that is Rangers and Cards fans.

The Yankees will not even touch the fall classic this year and I say that with complete confidence. The Dodgers are overrated and havent beaten anybody yet.

    Let's not get crazy!

You're a Rangers fan so it's obvious that you want to see a rematch. I mean did you expect a bunch of fans of other teams to say they want to see a rematch?

As a Cardinals fan, I would love to see a rematch. It would be interesting to see how it plays out, considering last year was ridiculous.

    Matt Holliday
    .278 AVG, 1 HR, 5 RBI, .394 OBP, .418 SLG, .811 OPS, .8 fWAR, .2 rWAR.
    128 OPS+,

I would think a neutral fanbase would not want a rematch. I generally like to see new teams in there each year. As a Cards fan, I don't really care to see a rematch. A Cards-Rays series would be good, Cards-Yanks would be good for historic reasons.
