I'm talking about bringing in a good Tackle that isn't necessarily Jake Long. Albert would be good, or Clady.

i would give up a third as well i dont think he had off the field issues when fisher was the coach im not sure though but say we give up a third. then i fa we sign a guy like albert. with one of our first we take vaccaro and then with are second first we take eifert or best te. then in the second take a guard or olb. we would have a good wr to take pressure off of everyone

i dont think any guards are first round worthy unless warmack is there. alot of teams are going to two te sets and we only have on maybe on te that can catch

Vaccaro might not even be there. I'm sure Fisher won't fall either so we better hope Warmack or Vaccaro does. If not, we may be in trouble... and with the way trades happen on draft day, you just never know.

Actually I think we should all consider this.. if those three are gone.. who do you all take at 16 if no one wants to trade picks with us?

WEEI Boston suggests RT Sebastian Vollmer as a franchise-tag option if the Pats get deals worked out with Wes Welker and/or Aqib Talib before the start of free agency in March.
Although durability has been a concern for 28-year-old Vollmer, he's been one of the NFL's premier pass-protecting right tackles when healthy, and can also play the left side in a pinch. The Pats are going to want Vollmer back, but price is a sticking point. The offensive line franchise number is $9.66 million. We suspect they'd place it on Talib before they tagged Vollmer.

WEEI Boston agrees with ESPN Boston that free agent SS Pat Chung is unlikely to be re-signed by the Patriots.
Chung has been injury plagued in back-to-back years and was a bit player behind Devin McCourty, Steve Gregory, and Tavon Wilson down the 2012 stretch. A playmaker when healthy, Chung should still have a solid free agent market. He can play both safety spots and has six picks over the past three seasons.
