lets just say it will be a sad sad day for me when dvds and blurays are fully replaced by digital.....

last time i counted (2-3 months ago when i built new wall unit for them) i was sitting at roughly 200 dvd movies and tv series, 25 blurays...... dont even wanna know what it cost me in total over the years


torrenting is just too quick and easy to do, really sucks commiting to a nice dvd collection, but having a dedicated wall of the most badass action movies and comedies is nice to have on a rainy day ..... thinking of trimming it down to just the classics and getting some money back

I probably have hundreds upon hundreds of VHS tapes. Probably 300+ DVD's and about 2 or 3 Blu Rays. Im a huge movie fanatic

I'd say around 160-170 DVDs and 0 blu rays. Just bought 4 tonight in the 5 dollar bin(I'd guess 50-60% of my collection came from the 5 dollar bin or this movie collection), got Platoon, Iron Giant, The Crow and Man on Fire. My best two deals I got was the Planet of the Apes box set for 25 bucks and LOTR box set for 15.

I personally hate burned movies.

I burn a lot of movies because I'm not going to spend 20+ on a blu-ray that could suck. If I really love a movie or a blu-ray is on sale I always buy them.

DVD's I have about 450-550, if I had to take a guess. Blu Ray's..I've only got 1 or 2 and I don't even remember what ones. I just don't think it's worth the extra money.
