I know yall are probably wondering why I'm asking for Football workouts on this site when google would be much easier to find thisd information. I am trying to find some personal workouts that work for you. I play ILB/OLB and I'm 17 215 6'0". I need to increase my speed/agility, explosiveness off the ball, and leg strength as a whole. My hips seem to be tight, so I'd like to increase hip flexibility.
Any workouts that you've personally had good results from? I'm sure you most know that speed in a LB just takes you to the next level. I'm pretty strong with my upper body, just would like to work on my lower body.
