No. It might put him in the top 6 or 7. Who would he surpass in this list?

    MJ
    Magic
    Russell
    Kareem
    Wilt
    Bird
    Hakeem
    Shaq
    Kobe
    Duncan

    That's 10 guys right there.

The better question is will Lebron go down as the greatest SF of all time since Bird is usually in the top 5-8 all time players range. That is more realistic.

Personally? Either Passing (in the case of Kobe and Russell) and being arguable with the others assuming he wins 4 rings that is.

Then no need for this thread if we are talking about 4 rings from now. He needs to worry about getting 1 ring for now.

I'm continuing with MY hypothetical, and if you cared so much you would've said this earlier.

Lebron needs to be the single most dominant player in a tougher league for over a decade and win 6 titles to be on par with MJ

4 rings and another 1-2 MVPs and Lebron would surpass everyone I bold-faced and put him in the GOAT convo with MJ, Kareem and Wilt.

The expectations are visible behind Dwight Howard in LA

I don't see LeBron ever becoming better than Jordan.
