Look at the box score and season totals now. Looking a lot prettier!

#linsanity isn't lasting long in boston. Word is, he's heading out. Got an inning in at least. #redsox

Cody Ross called Dave Magadan "probably the best hitting coach I’ve ever had."

I was definitely worried after the 1st inning, but Buchholz really battled back and had a solid outing considering the beginning. In the past, Buchholz has had difficulty shaking off the bad inning, but he ended up giving Boston a solid start and kept us in the game. The offense came alive, and now Boston has won the first two games of the series.

Yes they did...I know someone said "Ortiz should be in Baltimore right now and Youk should be our DH."

Missed the game... Were there any silver-linings (other then winning and getting to 7ip) for Clay's outing?

Clay got off to a terrible start but then shut down the Rays for the next 6 innings minus the one run that Scott got.

That's good then (didn't think to look at the inning-by-inning)... at least he put a string of good innings together. Figured something had to have gone right if he made it 7ip.

Don't quote me, but I believe that these 2 games are the first back-to-back games the Red Sox have won since late August of last year. It's 'bout time!
