    last night i did legs. kept it simple

    100 body weight squats:

    140 x10 (10 sets) (no belt)

    leg extensions:

    120 x20 (2 sets)

    i did calf extensions on the leg press machine.

    1 plate on each side: 40
    2 plates: 40
    3 plates: 40
    2 plates: 40

    abs:
    hanging leg raises: 2 sets of 50
    decline situps, throwing the ball back and forth: 2 sets of 25
    leg raises: 2 sets of 25

    cardio: elliptical for 10 minutes, incline at 20.

    on Wednesday i did chest. it was an alright workout

    Thursday morning i swam 550 yards and 15 minutes in the hot tub.

    last night i did back. it was an awful workout. i felt embarrassed honestly. back is always the one workout i can count on to be intense and feel like a monster. i couldn't get my legs lose, and my form on deadlift was struggling as a result. and my stomach was bothering me, which made it worse.

    anyway, this morning i ran 2 miles before i ate breakfast.

    went for a 2 mile run. completed it in 17:16. pretty slow then i went for a half mile walk with my dog

    swam 500 yards this morning. then i played frisbee golf, and the course is just over a mile.

    swam 500 meters this morning and then 10 minutes in the hot tub.

    and btw, i have been lifting this week. even though i haven't been logging it.

    haha, dude it takes me like a cool 25 min to do 2 miles (i get my walk on throughout ). u should be happy with that time

    haha. last summer i was doing way better than that. i haven't ran much this summer though

    well, my diet has been really, really good all week... then the weekend happened

    I'm beating myself up over it now inside my head. oh well, i just need to do better tomorrow.

    today i played friesbee golf, and the course is a little over a mile long.


    I haven't been lifting for a week because of vacation, however i did hit up the treadmill a couple of morning their and one day i swam a lot. i also ran 3 miles in 24:30 on friday morning.

    the plan is to hit up the gym tomorrow night with chest and light shoulders. probably do some cardio too.

    really bad leg workout... and i forgot to do abs. oh well, school and swimming wore me out today. tomorrow's another day.
