pretty good. it's annoying though because sometimes i have a 6 pack and sometimes i don't. it just depends on what i did that day and how much i ate. i haven't lost too much weight, but i have dropped several % body fat. last time i checked it came out to 9.9% and i only lost about 3 or 4 pounds at the most. that was also a few weeks ago though.
I always have visible abs, but not always a visible 6 pack, btw.
then i did abs with one of my friends, i don't know the same of what all we did, but we did a lot of stuff hanging upside down and stuff, it's was actually really hard, and my abs will be sore tomorrow for sure
i didn't go swimming this morning, but i plan to tomorrow morning. i really like it, it's more fun than running and i think it leads to better results. it sucks though, because next month the lap pool is going to be closed, so I won't be able to swim pretty soon
