legs, triceps, and abs
squat:
135 x15
135x10
185 x10 (3 sets)
superset:
185 x10
95 x20
lunges:
95 pounds, the basketball court 3 times
superset sissy squats with laying leg curls
3 sets of 10 sissy squats
3 sets of 95 leg curls, 10 reps each
triceps:
3 sets of one hand pulldowns: 20 pounds, 10 reps each
revers grip pulldowns: 50 pounds, 12 reps each
superset close grip bench and behind head triceps extension:
close grip:
115 x 10 (3 sets)
behind head tricep extension:
12 pound dumbbell, 10 reps each arm (3 sets)
abs:
superset decline situps, throwing a medicine ball from hand to hand, and pulse ups

I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow and friday
just swam 400 yards today. and i didn't lift. :cry:
only got in 1 day to lift this week because of school![]()

did chest, light shoulders and light abs. it was a pretty decent workout. don't feel like typing it out though.
I went swimming this morning. and I lost count of my laps. I either did my usual 20, or 22. so either 500 yards or 550![]()
I didn't swim or lift today because I donated blood at school. Tomorrow I'll lift though
I didn't lift yesterday because I was at school from 9-9. I did swim 500 yards yesterday though so I did do something. I was going to swim today but I forgot my stuff at home. oh well.
I have a bio test tomorrow and a big spanish assignment due thur, but i should still be able to hit the gym for at least a little bit today.
I haven't been workout out much the last couple of weeks because of my back and school. however my back is starting to feel better so i should be able to start lifting heavy again pretty soon.
another thing, I feel really out of shape and i also feel smaller ( :cry: ). my jeans are feeling more lose than normal and i don't feel as big (not that i was) and all the walking i've been doing as school has gotten me out of breath lately, which is really embarrassing. hopefully that will change soon.
did a pretty good chest workout tonight. also did bi's and calf's. my damn shoulder is bothering me again thoughso I didn't do any shoulders tonight.
just took some measurement... I have about 10.8% body fat and and I weigh 143 pounds I was 148 when I quit bulking. I still don't have abs () but I'm working on it. I didn't make it to the gym today, but I did p90x ab ripper (I was going to do light legs and abs) but I did everything this week so it's not a huge deal. I took a couple of pics a week ago, but I didn't when I first started shredding (I forgot)
