I didn't lift yesterday because I was at school from 9-9. I did swim 500 yards yesterday though so I did do something. I was going to swim today but I forgot my stuff at home. oh well.
I have a bio test tomorrow and a big spanish assignment due thur, but i should still be able to hit the gym for at least a little bit today.
I haven't been workout out much the last couple of weeks because of my back and school. however my back is starting to feel better so i should be able to start lifting heavy again pretty soon.
another thing, I feel really out of shape and i also feel smaller ( :cry: ). my jeans are feeling more lose than normal and i don't feel as big (not that i was) and all the walking i've been doing as school has gotten me out of breath lately, which is really embarrassing. hopefully that will change soon.
just took some measurement... I have about 10.8% body fat and and I weigh 143 pounds I was 148 when I quit bulking. I still don't have abs ( ) but I'm working on it. I didn't make it to the gym today, but I did p90x ab ripper (I was going to do light legs and abs) but I did everything this week so it's not a huge deal. I took a couple of pics a week ago, but I didn't when I first started shredding (I forgot)
