well, i decided to make a log finally. however, i'm really bad at remembering my workouts, but i'll try my best to put them here. i'll also log my diet and supplement intake here.
I gained 12 pounds this winter (even though i lost 8 when i had pneumonia) and i was at 15% body fat a few weeks ago. probably still at about 15. i want to get down to below 10% and get the 6 pack out for summer.
my suppliments are Muscletech whey (as much as i hate muscletech). I also have some Myofusion too
