    Multivitamin Recommendation?

    Do you guys take a daily multivitamin or vitamin packet?

    I know some say that you end up pissing out most of the vitamins in a multivitamin, but are there any brands that you guys recommend?

    I use Orange Triad. Usually gets the best reviews out of most of the multis out there.

    Already have 2 full bottles sittin at home but that's a really good price so might as well stock up.

    I'm about to get a bottle of Orange tried since it's on sale... been wanting to try it. but anyway, avoid synthetic mulit's as much as you possibly can.
