not going to lie, if we lose game 4, we lose the series. Need to look optimistic for thursday because I still can't believe they lost. How much better can you start a game. 3-0 in 9 minutes. Scary thing, this has happened twice in the playoffs and once during the regular season

I havent read all the pages of this thread and not sure if anyones talked aout it yet but what do you guys think about Gionta's play in this series, He's got great speed and quickness, isn't afraid to be physical, and has the ability to score. IMO he could definatley be a top 6 forward in the next couple years and hopefully he can produce the same way his brother did when he was in his prime.

Gionta has been hustling since his first game of the year. I am positive he won't be top 6 but definitely a second liner in the near future with the ability to score 25.

Devils played their guts out tonight, ballsy win that's for sure. I would have to assume it's getting pretty demoralizing playing so hard defensively in front of a shaky Brodeur. Jersey only gives up 4 shots in the second period and Marty lets in 2 of them.
Oh well, a win is a win regardless...hopefully we can play with this much heart in game 7.
