It was definitely a penalty, but he wasn't targeting the head and it wasn't sufficiently malicious for a game misconduct or major penalty. I think Milbury hit the nail on the head. The refs don't want things to get out of hand. I don't really care as long as Rinaldo doesn't get suspended for it.

Also, I'd still love to see some more big, legal hits against these pansies.

I only saw the play once. You would think a 5 minute major would get shown a few times but I was away from the tv before they got that 1 penalty. I care because it shows where the refs heads are and the fact that they favored them so heavily last game (the 3 broken stick slashes that went uncalled, smashing Gs head) make me worried about the refs in the series. The last thing I want to worry about is the refs.
