    what corey said. obviously, this is better than nothing. but it's honestly not going to do much, if anything. you'll be better off hitting the weights for even a half hour a day. 30 minutes isn't long enough to weight lift, but you'll get better results than this workout.

    Why not? 30 min of HIIT would more than suffice if you're training properly.

    30 minutes on the weight floor really isn't that long. especially if you lift heavy. if you ask people here how long they lift for, i would guess most people would say about an hour. 30 minutes of interval training is a lot as long as your pushing yourself. when i used to run track, practice was for an hour and a half, 5 days a week. and we did mostly interval training. sometimes we would weight lift and do other exercises though.
