trying to get back into shape started running about a month ago to get back.
started out 240 and worked myself down to 234 right now. ive also tried to eat better, cutting out fast food, etc.
3 miles (10/11/11 minutes)
2.5 miles (10 minute pace)
also been doing some elipitical too for about 15-20 minutes after the runs on some resistance

didnt go to the gym today but took my dog for quick mile run around my neighborhood probably around 9 minutes or so
9 minute mile isnt bad, if it was indeed a mile.
got in a run yesterday 3 miles with a short rest in between each mile (9, 10, 11 minute miles)
3 miles again today at the gym about the same times 9, 10:20, and 11 minutes got a small ab workout in afterwards but nothing major
Nice, I hate running, but my gym is closed for Easter so I might give it a go if I can get motivated.

i havent updated this in a while im continuing to run 2-3 miles every gym visit, which i got every other day. my times are about the same my first mile is now about 8:40 or so. ive been trying to keep a good diet and the last time i weighed myself on 4/14 i was 230.0, pounds lighter than when i first started on 3/10
