A good fight added to the UK card:
Source: UFC UK Twitter#UFCLondon2013 will see LHW @CyrilleDiabate take on KO specialist @POSTERBOYJM in what will be an explosive clash!

Ugh, this week hasn't been good to the UFC.
Hacran Dias out at UFC on FX 6, promotion seeking new opponent for Chad Mendes
I doubt anyone will fight Mendes with one weeks notice, but I would love it someone like Oliveira, Holloway or even someone like Lawrence step up.

I think GSP really wants to fight Diaz. I know Nick talks about GSP but I would not be shocked if this fight is delayed or doesn't take place at all.
Yeah I think for all the talking Nick does, when it comes down to it he would be the scared homie. I think it is fairly convenient that he got the shot, lost it and then talks like he deserves another one. He would get tooled by GSP; he has to be one of the most overrated fighters in MMA. People say that Hendricks doesn't have big enough wins, but his are far more impressive than Diaz's if you ask me. Nick's most impressive win was against an overweight, shell-of-himself of BJ Penn. A series of wins over Fitch, Koscheck and Kampmann gets the nod IMO.
I'm glad Diaz is getting the fight over Hendricks, finally the super fights are starting to happen. Hendricks should wait his turn. GSP's PPV with Condit did 700 000 buys, with Hendricks it's going to be a record low for GSP.
Also Diaz is far more skilled than Hendricks. His stand up is better, when he's on his back he's dangerous. GSP was reluctant to fight Shields in his guard. He will have those same problems against Diaz.
With Hendricks, if you take him down, he is so limited off his back you can hold him there for the entire fight. Look what Koscheck did in the 3rd round. He was on top of Hendricks for the last 2 minutes. What do you think GSP will do?
I love this decision. It's a tougher fight, a more skilled opponent that the fans want, and it will sell a lot better.
Hendricks should rematch with Story lol.

A couple of days ago Dana said"Georges St-Pierre went on vacation," White said. "When he came back, we were talking about Anderson Silva. He said, 'I want Nick Diaz. Me and Nick Diaz have unfinished business. We were supposed to fight. That's the fight I want now.'
"Georges St-Pierre has been a phenomenal champion, a phenomenal human being and just a great guy to work with for us. He doesn't ask for things. If he wants to fight Nick Diaz, and Nick Diaz wants to fight him, that's probably the fight we'll make."http://mmajunkie.com/news/2012/12/uf...lenger-accepts"Listen, Johny Hendricks has got some great fights," White said. "When you talk about winning in spectacular fashion, this guy hits people so hard he skids across the octagon. But he's in no position to demand anything. Georges St-Pierre is the champ, has been forever, and if that's the fight he wants, then that's probably the fight we're going to give him if Diaz accepts it."
"I haven't even talked to Nick yet," White admitted. "I was trying to track him down this week, which is always fun. So I called (Nick's brother) Nate (Diaz), and Nate told me, 'Listen, if you talk to him, tell him I'm looking for him, too.'"http://mmajunkie.com/news/2012/12/uf...lenger-accepts"I've known Georges St-Pierre since 2004," White said at the UFC 137 post-event press conference. "He's one of the nicest guys I've ever met, and he's always exactly the same no matter what the situation is, no matter who he's fighting. Since 2004, I've never seen him like he was tonight.
"[St-Pierre] said, and I quote – you're going to think I'm full of [expletive], but this is the truth – I quote, 'He's the most disrespectful human being I've ever met, and I'm going to put the worst beating you've ever seen on him in the UFC."
What do you think GSP will do? He's going for the takedowns and control the entire fight. He'll fight a bit on the outside shoot a jab and then go for a takedown. It won't be a stand up war.
i agree, but you act like its easy to take hendricks down. i dont know how you overlook his wrestling lol, yea koscheck took him down with a couple minutes left in the fight and held him there didnt do any damage. i think its cause hendricks was gassed out, the man walks around 210 he has to cut a lot of weight.
and koscheck was national champ as well, gsp took him down but kosch got back up.
Maybe Diaz and Hendricks should fight each other. How would that fight go?
Hendricks prolly Idk.
