Does anyone actually post in the Hawks forum? Never really get the chance to talk hockey. Few times I've wandered there its a ghost town.

Preds scored.
I liked them a few years before they got good. Never really got into hockey until they did get good though, I'll be honest.
I started following when they finally ****ing came on tv; ridiculous.
Im not nearly as emotionally involved as I am with the other three sports though. Then again, Im completely obsessed with Cubs, Bears, Bulls![]()

I'd say I'm fairly emotionally invested in the Cubs. In fact, I think that's the team I want to see win the most only cause of the whole 100+ year issue...
BUT, baseball is so ****ing boring to watch unless you're at the game, in my opinion.
Baseball and hockey are by far the best sports to be at the game, in my opinion. Football is a complete TV sport, and I guess it's better to be at the game for basketball. Hard for me to say about soccer. I've been to games before, and the fans are AWESOME in Europe, but the fact that soccer has no commercials except during half time, and it's such a wide field, means you miss so many cool shots if you're at the game.
Anyways, I digressed a ton.
Id say both football and basketball are TV sports. Especially considering prices. However, I love to go every now and again obviously.
Cubs will always be number 1 in my heart. Baseball was always my sport though, played it my whole life. So youre obviously going to be more emotionally involved.
I can see why people find it boring on tv but I dont. Other teams? Yeah but never the Cubs or watching the Sox lose and Hawk cry![]()

See, I never possessed the hatred for the Sox like most Cubs fans do.
In fact, when I was little, I remember going to a Sox game with a friend of mine who is a HUGE Cubs fan. It was the Sox vs KC, i.e. two teams I didn't give two ***** about. This was also when one of the first Harry Potter books were coming out. And I remember bringing one of the books and ended up reading it during the game. My friend shook his head and thought I was an idiot. But, I really was THAT bored and there were almost no other fans around us.
