Former Maryland QB Transfers to Wisconsin

Wisconsin will have another transfer QB under center again this season. He's not as high profile as Russ Wilson, but I think he will come in and do a good job. I would like to think this may bump Wisconsin over the new look Buckeyes.

Does he still have 2 years of eligibility left? I thought I read that; that would be huge for Wisconsin to keep him around for 2 seasons.

Yeah, from the sounds of it we will have him for two years. This is good considering Budmayr and Phillips have played more than likely their last snaps as Badgers. It will also give Brennan, Stave, and Houston some more time to learn.

Can't wait to see Houston in action. I don't remember the last time Wisconsin had a 4 star QB recruit?
This definitely makes me feel a little better about the season.

Well technically Curt Phillips was a 4-star according to Rivals.com. But we know how that panned out.

Back to back Rose Bowls. Consistent 1st round Offensive Linemen. Ground and pound running attack. Real good education and a nice campus. Whats not to like?
