Anyone else here thinking about chris Johnson?
If that man is cut, bye bye bush, hello Johnson!
Johnson would be perfect for our system, and with mini Johnson (lamar miller) backing him, our run game could be top in the NFL. If we not going to pay a wr we should pay him if we get the chance.
lol weird bc i just said i wanted speed but im one of the few that doesnt want CJ
Titians are not going to cut him they said today.
Dolphins signed DB Julian Posey off their practice squad.rotoDolphins placed RB Daniel Thomas (knee) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Thomas picked up a knee injury of unknown severity in last week's win over the Jaguars. His second NFL season was up-and-down, as he managed just 3.57 YPC but still worked his way into an even timeshare with Reggie Bush in November. With Bush set to hit unrestricted free agency this offseason, Thomas has a chance to grab a stranglehold of the starter's job. He'll be battling Lamar Miller, who will close out this season as the Dolphins' change-of-pace complement.
I think he would resurrect his career here. Titans say they won't cut him but maybe they'll do a trade. CJ isn't the kind of talent we can pass up IMO.

i dont want CJ bc i think Lamar Miller is fine for speedy playmaker RB and would rather spend the money on a playmaker at a diff position like Mike Wallace. a good power back to compliment Miller is more needed imo. my fave RB in the draft is Le'veon Bell and he is a power back. the reason i like him is he has alot of agility for such a big back. Mendenhall and Blount will be free agents and they could also be targets that could fill that role.

Updated the roster with the newest moves.
Dolphins placed K Dan Carpenter (groin) on injured reserve, ending his season.
It's the second straight season that Carpenter has been hampered by a groin injury. He's converted 22-of-27 (81.5 percent) field goals this season, right in line with his career mark of 81.9 percent. Carpenter enters the final year of a four-year, $8 million contract in 2013.I know Carpenter hasn't been a problem since early in the season, but Kaeding is a much better kicker when healthy.Dolphins signed K Nate Kaeding, formerly of the Chargers.
Now recovered from his own early-season groin injury, Kaeding will replace Dan Carpenter, who is battling a groin injury of his own. One of the most accurate kickers in NFL history, Kaeding has drilled 87 percent of his 207 field-goal attempts in nine seasons.
Lol nice work beat writers. Heard nothing about this all week.
Nate Kaeding is an alright replacement, he can't kick 50+ yard FGs though.
Also funny that roto says he has a groin injury too... ha.
rotoDolphins worked out free agent QB Stephen McGee on Friday.
It's McGee's third known workout of the season. The Bucs and Bears previously had him in after he was among the Cowboys' final cuts prior to the season. Miami also had QB Josh Portis in on Friday.
And per @HBalzer721 the #Dolphins also tried out TE Zach Miller, WRs DeMarco Sampson and Demetrius Williams and LB Quinton Spears yesterday
Sounds like the #Dolphins were trying out WRs/TE given their injury situation and need a couple of QBs to throw
And one last one: Per @HBalzer721 the #Dolphins also tried out K Billy Cundiff yesterday but went with Nate Kaeding
