Been a long week

I'm a volunteer Fire fighter on long IslandI am currently in the process of training for the town of Islip tech team which is a confined space rescue team

Also training for the fast team(rit) which is a team that goes in and rescues fire fighters who are trapped, injuried or out of air and can't get out of the building.*

I've gotten 12 hours of sleep over the last 3 days.

Yawn.

Pinched nerve? I'm shocked broken collar bones don't take longer s append mi e doing 80 mph an flipped my car ..took 3 months to set and broke my hand inhalf only took 3 weeks before it healed completely so I'm not a slow healer n I box I would of noticed lol
