As for the Giants off-season, if you guys have a legit news source stating that the Giants are targeting someone, feel free to post it in the Offseason Thread or if its a big enough player, start a new thread.
As for the random "what if" type stuff, you can post in the offseason thread, but as for new threads......there are just too many. They'll end up here. I quote the great MM:
