    So this week i did legs monday, nothing worth bragging about. Wens was upper, did axle jerk no clean and hit a new pr of 298 for one. Did a bunch of volume **** also.

    Today
    Rack pull, it was real real low. Bar was at about half my calf. Worked up to a max
    Bunch of reps blah blah

    So I'm switching more towards powerlifting now. Aiming for a meet in november. I'll possibly do a random strongman event but my focus is going to be on powerlifting. I'm weighing about 240 still.. I'd like to cut down to 230 or lower for the meet in november. We'll see.
