    Still a good workout by my judgment bro...but I know what you mean. Tomorrow will be better...but keep up the good work!! I'd love to train with you one day for sure. That would give me some much needed motivation. FLY DOWN TO NY!!!!

    mimic car deadlift but with the tire instead
    worked up to a pr of 680ish(5 plates a side). Guys were hitting 820(7 plates a side) at the gym so I was pissed

    farmers
    worked up to a max. walekd with 275 each hand for 120feet. picked 325 but couldnt walk

    stones

    got 265 up at 60inch platform once.tried 365 and **** my pants

    Hard watching some of the dudes at the gym farmer walking with 365 each hand for 120 feet or doing 3 reps of 700+ for car deadlift ahaha
