called "prison arms". This is a circuit done 3 times through. I used 45's. These dumbbells aren't normal either as they are all thick grip.

6'1. Yeah that workout gives you a crazy pump. Could throw in some negatives to make the pump even more insane.

5 reps. 235 each hand, walk 60 feet. Pause for 10 seconds. Walk back and so on. Each time there counted as 1
5 reps. 235 each hand with 15 second pause. Same kind of thing in the first 5 reps
Did the yoke. Just seeing my max. Got up to 596 which isn't too bad.
Then did some arm over arm with back drag. arm over arm with 5 plates for 60 feet, then back dragged it back with thick pully bar thing. Timed my first rep and I did it in 31 seconds which is nice. Last set, (set 3) added another plate to make it 6 plates. Time was 41 seconds.
****ing sore and tired as hell. Thing with strongman is your literally dead everyday.
