    I took your advice of "just eat dawg" and rolled with it. I've put on about 15lbs 4 weeks into my bulk. I'm have gains on everything, I love it! Only down side is my stomach has growin some and I'm losing some definition in my quad and shoulder areas.

    Then youre eating too much my man. A fully developed man is only putting on no more than a few pounds over that max in a year naturally, if its all lean mass.

    Try to figure out a baseline for how many calories you burn in a day, and dont exceed more than a 25 to 30% surplus of calories. Weight will be slower, but you will look clean!

    Now if youre competing in a Strongman contest, you NEED to eat in excess, and if youre getting what you need to compete you wont be as lean as you want. But your body needs that extra energy.

    I dont want to clog up Flakes thread here but I havnt put on any extra weight in about a month and still having gains on everything so I think Im doing it right now...
