is a 3 board bench press just a BP with 3 boards on your chest to limit ROM?
is it basically the same as a floor press but with leg drive still or am I thinking about this wrong?

Im not really lifting any crazy amount of weight. I havent sustained any serious injuries from lifting like I did playing football
