haha yeah I have a habit of hitting my shins from time to time DLing too I have bled in the gym multiple times
That's an interesting setup with the bands. You prefer that over just adding on more weight?
bleeding after deadlifts = great deadlift
like warrior said it's for sticking points. I forgot to mention that it was all about speed. I'd pound out two reps, break for 60 seconds and continue. The ROM was crazy with 4 inches above the ground, I could do 275 for a few sets but I wanted a full 10.
tire flips w/ farmers 225
6 flips there (825 pound tire) and farmer walk back 120 feet. did this two sets.
Upped the farmer walk to 315 but failed. We were going to do 2 more sets of 225 farmers w/ tire flip but the professional strongman I train with blew out his achilles
The injury ****ed up our workout so I just did some shoulders and traps
a1)plate raise w/ 45 plate
a2)seated clean and press w/ fat chains
a3)monkey curls w/ rickashaw
did some random traps with the rickashaw and upright row bar
strict log press
one arm rows
seated military barbell press. worked on my sticking points as the bar rested on the rack(just at eyeish level)
weighted chin ups. This was supersetted with the military press. had the belt hold a 45 plate
a1)laying overhead tricep extension
52.5 x 10
52.5 x 10
