    bleeding after deadlifts = great deadlift

    like warrior said it's for sticking points. I forgot to mention that it was all about speed. I'd pound out two reps, break for 60 seconds and continue. The ROM was crazy with 4 inches above the ground, I could do 275 for a few sets but I wanted a full 10.

    did 4 flips under a minute
    then 2 flips...finger was ****ed


    then some arm over arm
    5 plates. 2 sets then break, then 2 sets again. Didn't push it back, had guys push it

    was going to do conan wheel but I had to go to work.

    trained events today

    tire flips w/ farmers 225
    6 flips there (825 pound tire) and farmer walk back 120 feet. did this two sets.
    Upped the farmer walk to 315 but failed. We were going to do 2 more sets of 225 farmers w/ tire flip but the professional strongman I train with blew out his achilles

    The injury ****ed up our workout so I just did some shoulders and traps

    Sled pull w/harness over 120 feet. I got up to the 400 pound tire but was sooo gassed afterwards. Forearems were exploding

    Practiced sandbag carry. Sandbag was 250 and i weigh 243lol. I manged to run around the parking lot.

    No thats what i thought you meant, 20 each arm, 40 total. do you use straps?
    im guessing you dont. thats fantastic.
