    Powerlifting Log

So I'm going to try and log...I've tried before and wasn't very successful(at logging).

I will be competing in June for strongman. I'm 20 and I'm about 242. I will be competing at lightweight (230).

I'm going to try and clean bulk. My diet reference is from tnation (quality mass diet).

    Competing in a strongman?
Limitations are for people that have them, and excuses are for people that need them.

Usually do a rather exquisite shoulder circuit but I wasn't at my regular gym and stuck at school

Yeah I've experimented with bodybuilding but I'm just more into strongman. I did play some university ball and trained for it doing strongman. Plus I get to lift cars n ****.

Nice numbers on overhead presses, are those standing? If so, are you using your legs, as in push presses?

    haha thanks guys, appreciate it!

The bar for bench and barbell were thick bars.

    It's great for wrists.

Yep...that's good stuff...Believe it or not that's another reason I like gloves and straps.
