I know if Langenbruner, Steen and Dags come back Porter will be strached from the lineup, but who else would either be scratched from the lineup to make room or be sent down to Peoria, if those 3 players were healthy?

Steen-Backes-Oshie
Perron- McDonald-Stewart
Berglund- Arnott- Dags
Langenbrunner- Sobotka- Crombeen
Scratch: Reaves
Petro-Shatty
Jackman- Polak
Carlo- Russell
Scratch: Huskins
That is who I would roll out there come playoff time. Have Reaves and Huskins be your scratches and send Cole and Porter down to Peoria.
Yeah I agree with you but man its just such a hard decision (even though its the right decision) to break that checking line up of Nichol, Crombeen and Reeves. They have been playing so well together and have been keeping other teams on their toes. I just think they are such a big part of the defense's success lately.
They are indeed a big part of our success but if this whole team is healthy come game 1 of the first round this is the lineup you have to throw out there. If an injury were to occur in a series to one of our top 3 line forwards Sobotka or Langenbrunner could move up to the 3rd line if necessary. With Nichol and Reaves you don't really have that luxury if an injury happens during a series.
And as an addition to your healthy line-up, I actually think they would play Reeves over Crombeen simply because he has been showing lately that he's not only our so called enforcer but he's got speed and playmaking ability.
You couldn't go wrong either way. Both are excellent wingers on the checking line.
