Vilma and/or Shanle will be gone if we get Hawthorne. With the Saints looking at multiple linebackers I think we'll hear about both getting cut soon.

Here's an intriguing name for LSU fans in particular. Chargers fullback Jacob Hester is a free agent. He wants to return to San Diego, but the Chargers want to move on. They intend for Frank Summers to be their fullback regardless of whether or not Hester is retained. If we cut Korey Hall and wanted another body in there in addition to Jed Collins, then Jacob Hester would be an interesting alternative.

if we didnt have so many other pressing needs it be cool. with so little money i'm not sure putting money in a backup FB would be a great idea at this point

Loomis has his black belt in salary cap, bro. He's gonna make it work.

I think we're letting the market set Dunbar's value...remember, we are starting a new system, so Dunbar isn't as valuable to us, now. For the record, I love Jo-Lonn, have since we picked him up as a UDFA, just stating a fact here.
