As of 2/6/12 QB's:
Joe Flacco, QB, Ravens. Age: 28.
I had this prepared prior to his playoff run: "Joe Flacco considers himself elite, but he's way too inconsistent to be on that level. He's a good starter who still has the potential to take the next step, but he has yet to do that." Well, Flacco has proven that once again, he steps up when it counts the most. He deserves a big contract.
Matt Moore, QB, Dolphins. Age: 29.
Matt Moore has thrown 17 touchdowns to just nine interceptions in the past two seasons. His completion percentage has never been great, but he's shown that he can get the job done if he has the talent around him.
Dominique Davis (RFA), QB, Falcons. Age: 24.
Jason Campbell, QB, Bears. Age: 31.
Brian Hoyer, QB, Cardinals. Age: 27.
Tarvaris Jackson, QB, Bills. Age: 30.
Charlie Batch, QB, Steelers. Age: 38.
Rex Grossman, QB, Redskins. Age: 33.
Byron Leftwich, QB, Steelers. Age: 33.
Brady Quinn, QB, Chiefs. Age: 28.
Derek Anderson, QB, Panthers. Age: 30.
Matt Leinart, QB, Raiders. Age: 30.
Kellen Clemens, QB, Rams. Age: 30.
David Carr, QB, Giants. Age: 34.
Bruce Gradkowski, QB, Bengals. Age: 30.
Drew Stanton, QB, Colts. Age: 29.
Josh McCown, QB, Bears. Age: 34.
Chase Daniel, QB, Saints. Age: 26.
Tyler Thigpen, QB, Bills. Age: 29.
Luke McCown, QB, Falcons. Age: 32.
Jordan Palmer, QB, Jaguars. Age: 29.
JaMarcus Russell, QB/NT, Raiders. Age: 28.

I could see Colt being dealt for a conditional pick and DA coming back. Also if Alex Smith isn't cut or dealt to the Browns I could see Matt Moore getting a look.

What site you using LGB, Walter?
Also regarding the QB FA's, the only two that make sense are DA and Matt Moore. DA because of his ties to Chud and being a vertical passer but he would be brought in for depth and not competition at least I hope.
Matt Moore I think ends up in NY. Moore would be legitimate competition though for Weeden I just don't know how he would fit a vertical offense. Also don't really see Moore being a guy that could get this team over the hump so it would just be a filler till they got someone younger which Weeden could easily do.

Yeah I am using walter bro.

If Chad Henne isn't in the plans for the Jags would he be worth a look. Wow, now I'm really reaching!!!

Personally, I see it being Moore, DA, or Alex Smith. If not, they will bring in someone like a Henne. They have been vocal that Weeden will have a competition, and I don't think anyone on the roster challenges Weeden right now. Personally, I don't want DA, simply because of the drama that would come with it. I would prefer Moore or Smith. Winner (Weeden/Smith or Moore) stays, and the other is back up this year, and cut next year as the Browns draft their QB of the future next year.
I can't wait to see the day where the Browns are not always looking for a QB and we find a franchise QB.

Oh to have the #2 or 3 pick in the 2014 draft with Johny (Joe Namath wannabe) Football Manziel more than likely coming out. I don't know what it is but I love this kid on and off the field.
But yes it would be nice to find a QB for longer than 4 years but then that wouldn't be the new Browns style. Need to keep adding names to that 12 in 13 column.
GET IT NICK!!!
You know at least the ladies in Cleveland would love him. He would be the next Grady Sizemore just hopefully able to stay healthy.
GET IT NICK!!!
My friends and I were talking about the Browns tonight and I was thinking your O could be very good if you add any of the top WR. Weeden definitely improved over the year and he is who he is, but a WR corps of Jennings/Bowe/Wallace, Gordon, Little and Massoquai along with that white TE you have could be nice. I'm a huge Gordon fan
