Pet Peeves at the Gym: Volume II

i.e. Personal trainer

It's funny, my wife has changed gyms. She now goes to a 24/7 Fitness place because of the Gold's personal trainers. They would hassle the hell outta her, I know she hot but she doesn't want to be hassled by you.

Its funny, brings me to the next Pet Pev- Guy that thinks girls want to chat with him. This guy goes up to every girl at the gym like, " hey lady, what's happening! "- clown

Also very funny, A girl/ women mid thirty's kinda beat up (drugs) I would guess. Gets on stair climber and starts waving her hands like a ninja. then starts kicking... what only can be described as chop kicks....

I hate when I walk into a gym and I see people working out, it just drives me nuts. I mean come on people WTF!

I just found out I have strep throat (caught it from my wife and son) and I haven't missed a workout the entire time. I feel perfectly fine except for my throat being swollen.

people who work out in high traffic areas

i.e. working out near the weight rack

take your weight and walk a few steps out of the way because i like grab weights and put them away when im done

and they give you stink eye whenever you go to the weight rack. well at least im cleaning after myself !

People who scratch their nuts then use the weights or just about everyone that uses the bathroom and doesn't wash their hands.

The guy dead-lifting OFF the mat...with the metal plates and insists on punching them into the ground after every rep.

Is it just me or am I the only one you'll never HEAR at the gym? I ease my plates onto the bar, never grunt and when I'm deading I lift slow and just barely kiss the ground with my plates. wtf!

I'm not gonna lie. That bothers me. there has been times I've either been working or working out and people will come in and be like "oh man, I feel like ****" and I'm like "wtf are you doing here? go home" their just getting everyone else sick and they should be resting anyway.
